For some reason, I need to set the V- of LMV761 to be -5V and V+ of LMV761 to be 0V. For this condition, the power supply of LMV761 is still +5V. But the LMV761 does not work.
I test LMV7291 with the same power supply mode, the LMV7291 works.
I test LMV761 without connect the V+ to Ground, it works but output only 2.5V.

yes, it's a known fact that some models want to see the standard positive supply voltage at their supply voltage pins to work properly. So do the model a favor and apply 0V and +5V instead of -5V and 0V. You can do this without any loss of generality, as in your real circuit you can shift all potentials by the same amount and the circuit will still work.
But in any case, omitting the ground reference in the simulation, as can be seen in the right upper corner of your schematic, will result in wrong results. So the 2.5V output signal is an error provoked by youself
