Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA240
INA240A1QDRQ1
We bought the part and find the pin grew yellow. Material for the lead is NIPDAU. Is it oxidized or normal to show yellow?

Michael,
Kia covered it. Please let me know if you have further questions.
Dear,
But, this part#INA240A1QDRQ1 was produced in 2018. We also bought parts produced in 2021, there is no yellow shown on it.
Hi Michael,
maybe the INA240 was fabricated in a different fabrication site not using roughened leadframes?
Kai
Michael,
I believe Kai is correct. Is there a reason you are asking this. Have you had issues?
18+ and 21+ parts are made in Mexico. The only difference is the date code. 18+ shows yellow on the pins. Is it due to their material used on pin? Datesheet indicate material as NIPDAU. Is it normal to show like this with such material?
Hello Michael,
I cannot see an issue with the two lots. If you believe this is an error or would like to some more information please go here.
