This part is configured as a buffer using OPA330AIYFFR.
When 0.5V is applied to the input I measure 2.2V, the correct value should be close to 0.5V. Please help to verify if there is an issue with the part.

Could you share with me what is the load connected to the output of the OPA330? If there is capacitive load connected at the output of the op amp, please send me an image of the drive.

Found the issue there was a damage part on the PCB. Fractured part.... you can close out
