Hello Furkan,

I am sorry but I am not familiar with dummy packages. Does that mean you want packages without a die?

Is there someone that calls on your account because we are not familiar with having to send dummy packages.

Are you trying to do an assembly flow or something similar?

In the mechanical data section of the LM139AQML-SP datasheet we provide the dimensions for the NAD0014B package we use if that helps at all.
