Unfortunately we cannot support questions regarding LTspice and my team does not have access to review contents of the various case files. If you can tell us who you spoke with in Customer Service, we can try to resolve whatever issue it is that you might have.

So, the other day you were having issues downloading the TINA-TI AMC1311.tsc file. Is it safe to assume that issue was fixed? Why not just use the TINA-TI program to evaluate the AMC1311 SIM file? Not all SPICE models are interchangeable, TINA has things different from PSpice, which are both different from the LTspice tool - its not always easy to go back and forth between the different vendor tools.
