Hello,

I am trying to include the OPA859 amplifier into a 3D EM Co-simulation with CST MWS for an integrated antenna and circuit simulation. I am unable to import the TINA-TI SPICE model into CST and need something with a Berkley SPICE format. Is this format available?

We are also looking for a similar file format for the BUF802 part number as well. We need to simulate both of these parts to be able to determine the RF circuit configuration for the fabricated PCBs.

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the software. You mentioned that you tried Tina-TI Spice Model; have you tried the PSpice Model as well?

For the BUF802, we are still currently working on updating the model, and recently an error was found in the model. More description can be found at this thread. I have attached the .cir netlist file of the fixed BUF802 model below, but you might need to change the file extension to import into the antenna simulation software.

Do you have a similar .cir file for the OPA859? The format you sent for the BUF802 seems to import, but the available files on the OPA859 TI Page does not import properly.
