That information is correct. The LMV321IDCKR is made at three assembly sites, which use different lead finishes. One of the sites uses pure tin; the devices made at this site are also sold as LMV321IDCKRG4.
(The G4 suffix does not mean anything; see [FAQ] Why does a logic device's part number have an E4/G4 suffix?)

Thank you for following up and sharing the info. I have one more question regarding E4/G4 suffix, I got this information from TI website related to lead finish.
Lead finish materials listed under e4 did not include Tin (e3). Would it be odd if Tin finish is also sold as LMV321IDCKRG4?
