OPA2607-Q1: Voltage Follower Stability and Dynamic Range

Part Number: OPA2607-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI

I was planning to use the OPA2607-Q1 as a voltage follower.

Apparently, after injecting a signal from 0 to 5V, it shows that the OPAMP saturates to around 4V. Is there any specific reason why this opamp cannot be configured as a voltage follower?

Also, checked the stability of it with TINA, and it shows that the phase margin is below 0º in that configuration. Is there any capacitor that can be added to improve the stability?
