OPA388: what's the chopping frequency implemented in the zero offset amp?

Part Number: OPA388

Hi,

In the article below it describes the way to achieve zero offset for an amp.

https://www.ti.com/lit/an/sboa182c/sboa182c.pdf?ts=1645362278003&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.ti.com%252Fsitesearch%252Fen-us%252Fdocs%252Funiversalsearch.tsp%253FlangPref%253Den-US%2526searchTerm%253Dzero%2Boffset%2526nr%253D17806

I would like to know what's the chopping frequency? I don't need a very specific number, maybe tens of kHz or hundreds of kHz?

And will there be chopping frequency distortion at the output?
