INA280: 3.3V Missing Input has Voltage

I would like to know, what could happen, if the 3.3V supply for INA280 is missing, but IN+ and/or IN- has voltage?

Nothing will happen. The absolute maximum ratings allow this (up to 122 V, with at most 30 V between the inputs).

Hello Ziming,

Clemens is correct and there is some plots in the datasheet with VS = 0 like the IB of the device. The issue could be when the supply is floating and parasitics that create a voltage at the input pins. I think with this device is less of an issue but we also recommend that the inputs do not have a fast transient with the Vs pin not driven to GND or a supply voltage this is due to latch up possibilities.
