Hi,
I would like to have a question: What could happen, if the 3.3V supply of OPA2376 is missing, but input is supplied by some 10k Ohm to some volt?
I am looking forward to your answer!
Thank you and best regards,
Ziming

Hi Ziming,
if the 3.3V supply of OPA2376 is missing, but input is supplied by some 10k Ohm to some volt?
Per your described scenario, OPA2376 will be ok without damage. OPA2376's input will be protected. Say V+ is 0Vdc and Vin+ = 3.3Vdc, the ESD diode will be turned on and the current goes through the ESD diode may be close to (3.3V-0.4)/10kΩ = 0.3mA, which is safe and well below the current overload specification or 10mA maximum.
if you have additional questions, please let me know.
Best,
Raymond
Adding to Raymond's comment, in case of the positive supply floating (not grounded), Vin will pull-up V(+). However, OPA2376 will not function properly because Vcm will be a diode above (V+) while the maximum Vcm value specified is (V+)+100mV (see below).
