I can't find any model of INA148 on our website. How can I get the IBIS or SPICE model of INA148-Q1?

Hi Matthew,

as the INA148 is an analog chip, there doesn't exist an IBIS model. And for the Spice Model of INA148-Q1 take the Spice model of INA148 which you will find here:

Hi Matthew,

TI does not use IBIS model.

As Kai indicated, the PSpice model can be downloaded from Design tools & simulation section, which is the 2nd one from the list. Customer has to import the PSpice model to their simulator. It will be easier to use Tina-TI model.

Hi Matthew,

Currently, there is no P2P direct replacement for INA148-Q1, which is automotive grade. I believed that your customer can only use automotive grade per the application. Below is the search link for the difference amplifier.
