Is there a limit to the value of ILIM resistor that can be used for OPA567? I'm looking to limit it to ~150 mA yielding an ~77k ILIM resistor. Any issue with that?

Hello Trevor,
The OPA567 Current Limit function is specified for operation with a ±0.2 A to ±2.2 A range in the Electrical Characteristics table. Therefore, the ILIM resistor needs to be set for a current limit within that current limit range and its value set according to the RSET equation:
RSET = 9800 (1.18V/ILIMIT) Ω
For an ILIMIT of 0.15 Amps the RSET calculates to be 77 kΩ just as you had derived. There shouldn't be any issues with that.
