I saw jesd78 is used for Latch-up test on qualification summary, but I could not find the detailed test condition such as current value.

Thanks for your post but can you please help us understand the context of your question regarding the JEDEC standard? Maybe this is something that needs to be addressed offline as this question does not appear to be application device use specific. This is more of a question for our quality team and not device specific.
