LM321: Op Amp alternative Help Needed

The only produxt I can find in stock is the LMV321RILT

Would this be OK?

I see the pinout is different for the LMV321RILT model, same as the TS321

Did you look at TI.com for any alternative parts? Our product search allows you to see whether we have inventory or not. More details on how to use this feature and others can be found here: How to Find In-Stock Alternatives.

It won't be able to tell you if the pin outs are different or not but it should help narrow down the search.

Here I tapped into an old parametric database I had, this has no package info and the pricing is old - but these parts overlay the parametrics of the LM321 ok - so these, I think, would be safe drop ins but you would need to confirm package and pricing. The LM321 is ancient, but has a great price - but if you can't get it, might not be the most important parameter. After a bunch of sorts for overlapping parametrics, this final list (from an initial >1200 lines for TI and NSM <50MHz BW parts) is sorted in ascending price. 

The OPA170 looks pretty interesting, but - amazingly it is also apparently out of stock - that part does list an upgrade in the OPA990 that was not in my older database, It is a pretty good price, but also out of stock it seems right now. 

You may have to expand your search outside of TI for this older LM321 equivalent. 

Unfortunately, the LM321 in SOT-23 uses a non-standard pinout. The only pin-compatible alternatives either are called "321" or are explicitly designed as a replacement (like the U variant of the TLV9001).

Well actually, that OPA170 offers what looks like a pin compatible SOT23-5 in the DRL package - and, it now appears to be  shortly available!!

I wouldn't want to solder SOT553 (0.5 mm pitch) onto a SOT23-5 footprint (0.95 mm pitch).

I see, it looks like the pin rotation is correct - and could sit inside the larger DBV footprint if desperation demanded. But not an easy solution.
