Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA190, INA240, INA293, INA282
Dear TI Experts,
i am planning to replace INA240A2-Q1 with INA190A2-Q1 due to supply chain/availability constarints.
at present, as i have shown CSA is in LOW SIDE shunt based sense application. During Nominal Discharge current of 100A i.e VIN+ will see just -16mV which is ok, But worst case discharge current of 2,000A (Short Circuit -75uS duration) CSA VIN+ pin will see voltage of (-0.33V) which is violation of recommonded opearting range of (GND-0.2V). Pls see whether my calculations are correct or not ?
If i am violating device limits, pls suggest the solution. Current direction i cant change as design is already frozen and in field.
