TLV9161: waveform difference between TLV9061 and TLV9161

your schematic does not show all component values. Can you show the complete schematic?

Also, what load is connected to the output of OPAmp? I ask because the OPAmps don't seem to run stably.

Hello Muk, 

As Kai mentioned, could you please share all the component values including any loads that may be attached to the output (RL or CL)? 
Could you also provide the power supply used for each of the device? 

Looking at the waveforms provided, I believe it might have to do with the slew boost circuitry. I cannot confirm this without knowing all the details. 
The input signal might not be large enough in the mid voltage device (TLV9161) to "activate" the slew boost and that is why the output signal (yellow) is not as large as expected. The reason the output is different in the low-voltage device (TLV9061), is because ratio wise the same signal is large enough to activate the circuitry. If this is the case I recommend this [FAQ] Why does the slew rate in my application not match the op amp’s data sheet?

There appears to be some stock of the DCK package (SC70), is this the package you are working with? If not, please let me know so we can help find a better suited alternative.

I don't understand your circuit. You have an OPAmp circuit which you with a fast square wave signal (>25kHz?) massively drive into output saturation (to the both supply rails). This will result in overload recovery time and slew rate issues. Why aren't using a comparator here? This would be the way better option. An OPAmp is not designed for that torture, a comparator is. So it's no surprise that the performance of your circuit changes so much when you change the OPAmp from the TLV9061 to the TLV9161.
