OPA4277-SP: NC gnd or floating

Part Number: OPA4277-SP

Hello,

We are using this part in a design, and want to understand if any of the NC terminals needed to be grounded?

Thanks,

Adam

  • Hi Adam,

This must be in reference to the OPA4277-SP JDJ, 28-Pin CDIP package that indicates "NC" by some of the pins. The NC pin designation means "No internal Connection." Therefore, the pins can be left floating or if needed connected to some other potential in the circuit. Since there isn't any internal connection made to the OPA4277-SP die via these NC pins they have no effect on its operation and performances.
