OPA607-Q1: PSpice model, simulations, saturation

Part Number: OPA607-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA607, TINA-TI

Hello Dear All,

During PSpice simulation of a bi-directional (BLDC motor control application) 1.65V biased low-side current sense amplifier circuitry with gain of 5.49, supply voltage of 3.3V, using the OPA607 PSpice mode https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sbomb65, CF=2.5pF, Lead-Lag compensation Rcomp=470Ohm, Ccomp=100pF, the output saturates at 3.79V.

Do you have any suggestions about the reason for that?

Best regards,

Cvetan Marinov
