Hi team

My customer is seeking replacement solution for AD7740KRM.

I am looking at LM331 V-F converter, however, the maximum output frequency only 100Khz of this device.

Do we have new device could support up to 1MHZ output frequency for this case?

Hello Gabriel,

Unfortunately, the LM331 is not useable at 1 MHz. If there is some flexibility in term of supply voltage - higher voltage in this case, the VFC320 has a typical top end frequency of 1 MHz. Here's a link to the datasheet:
