LF353: input offset voltage of LF353D vs LF353M

I would like to know if there is any difference between LF353D and LF353M in terms of input offset voltage.

The input offset voltage specifications from datasheets seems to be the same for the two products. But in the LF353M datasheet there is a reference to the use of 'BI-FET II technology' for the internally trimmed input offset voltage.

I'm asking this question because I'm experiencing some input offset voltage differences between some old National Semiconductor LF353M op amps and some new Texas Instruments LF353D; I've done some tests on these devices and the latters (LF353D) seems to have a input voltage offset typically greater than for LF353M (National Semiconductor).

I would like to know if switching to Texas Instruments LF353M op amps can help me to reduce the input offset voltage behavior.
