TLV171-Q1: I need Tp and Tt value of TLV171-Q1.

I am reviewing TLV171QDBVRQ1.

i have some questions about these IC.

1. in datasheet, Tp and Tt time wasn't given.

when i calculate the propagation time, I will use Tp and Tt for calculation.

so, can i know the these values?

comparing another AND gate datasheet, there are tp and Tt values.

This device does not specify a propagation delay because it is neither an AND gate, nor a comparator.

What is your application? Please specify whether your input signals are analog or digital, what operation you want to do on them, and what voltage and speed you require.

i want to calculate the total delay time of PWM output.

We used the AND and OR gate to output PWM signal from CPU to Gate drive IC.

why did not specify the propagation delay?
From input to output, signal propagation delay was exist.

This device is an analog amplifier; it is not designed for digital PWM signals.

Please show a schematic.

The device you are asking about is an operational amplifier, not a comparator. Additionally, this device contains back to back input diodes and is not recommended for use as a comparator.

When the reference signal input, we use this IC for input signal buffer to output reference signal.
