Hi team,
The datasheet gives the on resistance of the internal switches, but how about the off resistance?

Hello Zeming,
Many analog switches and multiplexer datasheets do not specify the switch off resistance, but specify the switch input and output leakage current with the switch open, and the switch open capacitance. The leakage current of the switch that could produce a small error while interacting with any high impedances on the circuit. The OPA3s328 open switch leakage currents are relatively small, 260pA maximum over the specified temperature range.
Please refer to the TI Precision Labs Tutorial discussing switches and multiplexers for a more detailed explanation. Section 2.3 discusses the switch leakage current.
