TLC2274: TLV2274 rail to rail consult.

Part Number: TLC2274
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA4191, LM7705

TLV2274.TSC

Hi teams,

Hope you are doing well. I want to build a PV voltage sensing circuit with TLC2274. However, with simulation, I found that when with single power supply, output voltage changes non-linearly with the linear input rising. See pic 1.

I also simulated the circuit in TINA, the file is attached. The same issue occurred in DC analysis. However, OPA4191 works normally.

Configuration for TINA:

TLC2274: (Abnormal)                OPA4191: (normal)

VDD+=5V.                                  VDD+=5V.

VDD-=0V.                                   VDD-=0V.

Vs1=5V.                                      Vs1=5V.

Vo=127.23mV.                            Vo=37.5mV.

TLC2274: (Abnormal)                OPA4191: (normal)

VDD+=5V.                                  VDD+=5V.

VDD-=-5V.                                   VDD-=-5V.

Vs1=5V.                                      Vs1=5V.

Vo=37.09mV.                            Vo=37.5mV.

So, my question are below:

1, what the root cause of the non-linearity of TLC2274.  why opa4191 can work normally.

2, why with -5V in VDD-, the circuit can work normally.

Thanks and BRs,

Marsh Cai.
