Hi Team,

The FMD report for our LM2903B-Q1 FuSa data currently has over 100% in the distribution table:

Can someone please provide me with the proper distribution?

    Thanks Andy for your post.

    I have been in discussion with our Functional Safety team and we will be updating the report's Failure Mode Distribution to the following.

    Since the device has an open-collector output stage, it is not really appropriate to classify a condition where the output is "saturated high".

    Also, after further review, the pin to pin shorts is too low to include.
