THS4511-SP: 100Gy/h Nuclear radiation work environment

Hi team,

A question from one of our customers:

The THS4511-SP datasheet states that the IC can tolerant radiation at a total ionizing dose of 150krad, but does not state the radiation tolerance per hour, can it operate in a nuclear radiation environment of 100Gy/h (nuclear power plant)?

Hello Amy,

The documents are back online.

We tested lose dose and at a higher dose for up a total ionizing dose of 150krad.

Lose dose: 10mRAD/sec --> 0.0001Gy/sec
1. Document on testing
High does: 50Rad/sec --> 0.5Gy/sec
