Can you advise if the LMV321IDCKT and LMV321M7X/NOPB are interchangeable in most applications? Are there any substantial parametric differences?

Yes. No. The LMV321 is designed to be compatible with the LMV321-N.

Hey David,

Electrically the devices are similar. The LMV321M7X is the LMV321-N, which is the National device. The LMV321IDCKT is the TI device, which may have subtle differences in performance.
