I would give the .LIB file a try.

But personally, I would use the

TLV3202-Q1 TINA-TI Reference Design

because most of the TI's models are optimized for the use with TINA-TI. TINA-TI is super simple and free.

Thanks for your post and thank Kai for your continued excellent support of the forum.

I believe Kai has provided what you required but if you need further support, please let us know. In regards to using on LTspice, they frequently work but sometimes some minor tweaks are required.
