Hi Mikhail,
yes you can do that. But please note that the INA1620 might no longer be short-circuit protected at the output. See the absolute maximum ratings of datasheet. You might need to increase the two 1R isolation resistors.

Hi Mikhail,
it's not simply better or worse. It's just different. The first uses a differential input signal and the second not. There are many other ways to generate a differential output signal, by the way.

Kai is correct. Both implementations are fine. We have an application note that discusses the second proposal. Either implementation will work.
