INA260: Lead time - is this part ever going to be made again?

Hello,

We based the design of one of our flagship products around this part and it has disappeared.

What are TI doing here? I know I maybe shouldn't be posting this here, but Engineering companies like us need visibility on these issues.

If you tell us we need to redesign, this may kill us but it is essential to know.

We have no plans to end of life this product - TI does not EOL parts out of convenience.

Thanks for the reply Mubina.

I suppose my poorly put question was - is there any update from TI on when I'll be able to buy this part again? And is there any explanation from TI as to why this part in particular is out of stock when similar products are not suffering the same issue.

We have always chosen TI parts because they're the best, but this supply issue is a real threat to our business.
