I would like to know if the part marking on the bottom of my INA240A2PWR device is correct. I note the part marking is different for that device week than others i have on hand.
DC 2014 has a different stamping mark on the back of the part package compared to the rest of the lot. 7 DCs all have the COO stamped on the back while DC 2014 has “S C2E”.

These marks are “cavity marks,” and these numbers correlate to specific locations in regards to lead frame/mold press manufacture. They are used for automated test traceability on TI’s end to help expedite internal investigations when necessary. All information regarding unit type and lot code information is contained on the topside markings.
