LV2371 pin2 is grounded, pin5 is connected to 12V,
Can the TLV9151IDBVR also be connected in this way?

Yes, the TLV9151 can be connected this way. I would also recommend you running a spice stability analysis on the circuit with the TLV9151 to make sure there are no surprises when you build the circuit. Information can be found here for this: Spice Simulation Stability
