INA220: BUS input impedance and input current

Hi Team, 

My customer is considering INA220 and INA230. He has following questions, could you kindly help? 

1. In INA220 datasheet, there is VBUS pin input impedance (Active mode) 320k, customer wants to know VBUS pin input impedance in inactive mode or the leakage current, is this value available? 

2. IN INA230 datasheet, there is ZBUS BUS input impedance 830 kΩ, does ZBUS means VBUS and is this spec in active mode? If so, could you also tell us BUS pin input impedance in inactive mode or the leakage current?

3. In INA220 datasheet, there is following graph. Customer wants to know what "input current" in Y axis here mean?

    Hello Jo,

    Thank you for using the TI forum. Here are my responses to your questions:

    1. Sorry, but that value is not specified in the datasheet, and therefore not available.  

    2. This spec is also only for active mode, but we don't have the leakage current available, similar to question 1.

    3. Those are for the input currents into IN+ and IN-. Note that the high current draw is only when the differential voltage is also high (higher than the full scale measurement range).
