THS4631: THS4631D, SO8 package, need coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE)

    The device's quality and reliability documents which include material composition can be found in the device product folder under the Ordering and Quality tab:

    The THS4631D lead finish is NIPDAU and THS4631DDA is Sn with a Cu base metal/lead frame. 

    The CTE for NIPDAU + Cu can be found at this thread:

    The CTE of Sn is around 24 ppm/⁰C
