INA849: INA849 radiation data and technology type

I will need to perform radiation testing on INA849 for use in a NASA mission unless TI has more info they can provide...

1) Does TI have any radiation test data on this part? (TID or SEE?)

2) Does this part use bipolar or CMOS technology (or something else like BiCMOS or silicon-on-insulator?)

    Hi Jamie,

    INA849 is relatively new, it released last year.  So far there has not been any radiation (TID or SEE) testing for this device to date.

    It is fabricated on a bipolar technology.
