TL331B-Q1: do we have Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA document?

I saw TL331-Q1 has FIT and FMD document on site but I didn't find safety document for B version. Can we just refer to the non-B version?

Thanks for your post. We need to add the revB device to the report but the numbers as you assumed will be the same. So if your customer only needs the numbers, they can use the TL331-Q1 report values.
