I have two question want to ask.

Can the op amp be used as a comparator?

Can the tlv4333 op amp be used as a Hysteresis comparator？

Using the TLVx333 as a compator can overdrive the input circuits; see figure 17 and section 8.3.5 of the datasheet.

It is possible to add hysteresis to any comparator.

Even though op amps output transition from one rail to the other may be 100-1000 times slower than comparators with similar quiescent current, one could use them as comparator BUT only if they have no back-to-back protection diodes between the input terminals. For this reason you should NOT use TLV4333 as comparators but instead you could use OPA391, OPA392, OPA396, OPA397, OPA320, OPA325, OPA191 OPA196, or any other op amp, which do NOT have those diodes.
