TLV9062: Offset Voltage vs Common-mode voltage

Hi Experts,

There is a figure for offset voltage vs common-mode voltage.

It looks that when commn mode is close to V+, the offset voltage suddenly becomes worse. So customer may need to use TLV9062 below +1.5V when V+ is 2.75V. Could you give us some explanation why this offset voltage step is existing?

The inputs use a pair of P-channel transistors for low voltages and a pair of N-channel transistors for high voltages. Only one pair can be optimized for a low offset voltage if you do not want to increase the manufacturing and testing cost. (Also see Rail-to-Rail Inputs—what you should know!)
