INA280: Signal input when power is not applied

Hello,

Please tell me about the Analog Inputs, VIN+ and VIN- parameters in 6.1 Absolute Maximum Ratings in the INA280 data sheet.
Do the following items apply even when the power between VS and GND is not up (0V between VS and GND)?

Differential (VIN+) – (VIN–) –30(MIN) 30 V(MAX)
Common - mode –20(MIN) 122 V(MAX)

Yes. 0 V is a valid supply voltage in 6.1, and there is no other restriction specified.

Hello DDdoor,

Yes, these absolute maximum ratings are still valid even if the supply voltage (Vs) is at 0V. These ratings are based upon the breakdown voltages of the process technology used to isolate input Vcm from Vs and ground rails.
