LM2902K: Electronic characteristics (Input offset voltage drift, Equivalent input noise voltage, VCM vs VOS, Common-mode input impedance)

Part Number: LM2902K
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM324K, LM2902, LM2902B

Do we have the below value or information for LM2902K? I think that the datasheet does not have LM2902K information. (Is it same as LM324K?)

1. Input offset voltage drift

2. Equivalent input noise voltage

3. Graph of VCM vs VOS

4. Common-mode input impedance

Also does LM2902K occur output inverting when out range of common mode voltage input?

  • The LM2902K is the same as the LM2902, but with a higher ESD rating. So see the LM2902 parameters in section 6.8 and 6.11.

Consider using the newer LM2902B, for which there is more information.

For the phase reversal behaviour, see section 2.4 of the Application Design Guidelines for LM324/LM358 Devices application report.

  • Hello Shotaro-san,

For LM2902K use LM2902V table but the maximum voltage will be less. (section 1.3 of app note shows 2902V always includes K)

    1) 7uV/C typical

    2) see section 6.10 ' 35nV/rtHz typical

    3) no chart, but min CMRR at 25C is 60dB, expect up to 1mV/V

    4) The inputs are current sources ; so that is usually a most import factor to consider.

I highly recommend reading the app note that Clemens suggested.
