Hello, 

I know that the INA230 is p2p compatible with the INA226-Q1 from other e2e posts.

Just want to double verify that no HW/SW changes need to be made.

    Hello,

    The INA230AIDGS and INA226AIDGS are p2p compatible and no HW/SW changes are needed. The accuracy of the INA230 is slightly worse than the INA226.

    Keep in mind you are comparing a Q1 variant to a non Q1 variant so all differences between Q1 and non Q1 parts still apply here.
