Hi Adam,
The Au plating in non-SP part should be approx. from 50-150 Angstrom. I am not certain if -SP part may be special. I have requested the information from the manufacturing; and it may take several days to confirm it.

Per the package below, the Au plating thickness in the lead frame is: 1.778um to 5.715um. Yes, the plating thickness is different from NON-SP package (due to different plating process). The inner interfacial layer is Ni coating.
