Output Swing from rail for LM2904BA-Q1

Thanks!

  • Hello, Manu

These two devices were released many decades apart. Standards and customs in creating specifications have changed over that time.

The only real difference in performance is sinking current at low output voltage.

LM2904-Q1 (A,V) can be as little as 12uA at 200mV for output ; without those letters it could be even less current.

LM2904BA-Q1 must provide 50uA at 150mV (or less voltage)
