Thank you for looking into this using other E2E threads. The BOM was shared offline in that instance. Below is the BOM for the BUF802RGTEVM in two different file formats:

Sadly the LICC caps LLL185R71A104MA11L are Last Time Buy, so I will be using an alterative.

The LLL185R71A104MA11L are 100pH and have +33dB insertion loss at 1GHz.

Found these 3 terminal caps with better insertion loss (-56dB at 1GHz or about 20pH), ie. lower impedance; NFM18PS105D0J3

And they are low impedance over a wider frequency range.
