When the OPAMP GND shown in red in the design is broken, it pulls from the place shown in blue below and burn the OPAMP. This is a situation we do not want, it is acceptable for the OPAMP not to draw current, but it is unacceptable for it to burn. Do you have any suggestions or advice about this situation?

then make sure that this pin is properly soldered to signal ground.

Why are you worrying about this very very rare failure? Why not worrying about any other failure?

Hi Ali,

Kai worded it perfectly. Whether it's board layout or the solder to the pin, you need to make sure that the supply pin is properly connected. Without it, as you have seen, bad things happen and the device cannot perform as expected.

There is a cable connection between the circuit and the supply source. The problem is not a break on the PCB. This circuit can be thought of as a sensor connection piece. In any break, there is no problem in +, but in -.

Hi Ali,

I don't see any sensor in the schematic. Where exactly can be the break in the ground line?

Please show a full schematic.
