CIRCUIT060003: R1 calculation seems wrong

Part Number: CIRCUIT060003

In the reference design CIRCUIT060003 at minute 1:53 there is an equation to calculate R1 which seems wrong.  Using that equation the answer is 142 ohms. I could assume that the correct equation is (R@50+R@0)/2 which gives a value which could round to 10k.

Could someone confirm?

Thank you
