OPA4191: OPA4191IRUMR Thermal Pad Connection

Part Number: OPA4191

Th QFN package of OPA4191 (MPN: OPA4191IRUMR) contains a thermal pad. As the datasheet, there is no information that whether shall we connect this thermal pad to negative supply (VSS) or leave it floating?

Please help in providing information on the same.
