There is no replacement with exactly the same parameters.

The TLV9102‍IDDFR is somewhat similar. The OPA2337‍EA, TLV9062‍IDDFR, OPA2374‍AIDCNR, and TSV912‍AIDDFR are much faster devices with higher power consumption.
