Hello,
I'm currently validating a space card that will contain LM119QML-SP. We would like to know the tolerance for a 5V supply. Is it 5V minimum minimum or there is a small tolerance around this supply.?
Thanks.

Hello Thibaut,
TI just specifies the specs at 5.00V for any limits.
While not specifically mentioned, the designers at the time (1969) most likely allowed for the ±5% regulator tolerance of the time.
Of course, TI recommends 5V or more..
My *guess* is that it will most likely work down to 4V, but speed and bias currents will be affected.
But be very careful of the input voltage range, as this is NOT a ground sensing input and has both upper and lower input votlage limits.
For a single +5V supply, the input voltage range is +1V to +3V, and operating outside this can cause improper outputs. The upper range will decrease as the supply voltage decreases (Vcc-2V).
