AMC3302: Delay time of sin and step signal input

Part Number: AMC3302

Test on AMC3302EVM，±50mV amplitude sine wave input, the delay of the input and output is 1.7us.(as figure below)

No delay data found for sin input in datasheet. 

Need AMC3302 delay time of sin and step signal input. (any test condition to reference)
